Join us for this healing & uplifting experience. I’ll use a hoop drum at a beat per minute of about 220, which has been proven to induce a theta brainwave state. Theta brainwaves, present in both sleep and deep meditation, transport us to a realm of vivid dreams, heightened intuition, and expanded consciousness. They nurture our intuition, spark creativity, open the doors to rewiring neural connections, and reconnect us with our natural essence. This state is also known as the flow state zone.
