Your Spring Energy Reset to Transform and Thrive

April 20, 2025 Jessica Riphenburg

Are you ready to Spring clean your energy? To cleanse and rejuvenate your mind, body, soul and your energy?

If you’re ready for an energy refresh so that you can find greater depth in all of that goodness you are calling into your life this Spring, this is for you.

Here are a few prompts to support you as you honor the journey you've been on and prepare yourself for the blossoming of Spring:

  1. Reflect on the challenges you've faced. What’s the "gold" that you found in those experiences? How have they shaped you and your perception? How will they support you today and moving forward?

  2. As you reflect on a difficult experience you've had- one that you’re having trouble “finding the gold in”- what new meaning can you give it?  A meaning that feels authentic, empowering, inspiring, uplifting or healing? Can you re-write the story of that experience so that the new story supports and energizes you? If you can give that experience a new meaning or write a new story of it, how has this shifted your energy or changed you?

  3. How have your hard experiences prepared you to move through future challenges in a more intentional, grounded, graceful, peaceful or empowered way? How have those experiences honed you?

  4. What “seeds” do you want to plant this Spring? What do you wish to nurture or grow this Spring? Create a vision with all of your senses- one that inspires, excites and uplifts you. It can be a literal vision, or a vision like the garden analogy that I shared in the video. Revisit the vision with full emotion daily.

Was this helpful? Which prompts are your favorites, and why? What have you discovered in this process of self reflection? Please share any "Aha’s!" or discoveries- I’d love to hear about them!
