Energy Protection Exercise (perfect for empaths, mental health & healthcare professionals, and, well, everyone!)

This energetic protection exercise is one that I share often with clients, and I’ve gotten such good feedback from it that I decided to post it. This is one of countless ways that you can clean, clear and supercharge your energetic field.

Once you’ve done the exercise as I’ve shown it several times, you can modify and condense it to take it on the go with you. This is a great energetic protection practice to modify and use whenever you’re feeling like you need a boost- whether you're running errands, at work, doing chores, etc. Its especially good if you feel drained, depleted, frazzled or just not great mentally, physically or energetically.

This is not really meant to create a protective “shield” or “barrier”, but more so to help you preserve your energy while keeping your energetic field pristine, clear, clean and intact. There is a big difference between the two, IMHO, and there is a bit of a debate as to whether or not we should create energetic barriers/shields/etc. But that is a whole other topic!

SO- as I present this energetic protection exercise, there are three components. One is the sensing/feeling/visualizing of the energetic space that you're creating around you- that's what you're going to keep the same, no matter how you choose to modify the practice. The second component is the body movement, and the third is the time, which as I present it in the video, is 2-3 minutes.

MODIFICATIONS

You can modify the movement part of this exercise by doing that in your mind's eye. Simply close your eyes, find a deep cleansing breath pattern that feels good, and just visualize yourself doing those movements while visualizing yourself cleansing, polishing, purifying and supercharging your energetic field.

If visualization isn’t your thing, use your sixth sense, your imagination, or whatever senses kick in for you in this type of work.

The key ingredients to any practices, ceremonies or rituals that I share are 100% intention, 100% focus, and a deep and meaningful connection to the practice. In a nutshell, believe in the power of what you’re doing, and do it free of distractions!
