This event is for those that know how to take a shamanic journey, whether you’re brand new or a seasoned journeyer. If you’d like to take my next shamanic journeying class, please email me and we’ll get a new class on the calendar.

We will open sacred space together, then Jessica will drum for 3 rounds while participants journey.

You’ll have a chance to jot down some notes after each journey, then share your journeys in small circles if you wish.

Journeys will not be guided, but if you’d like help forming intentions for your journey, just ask.

COST: Sliding scale, $27-$7

BRING:

• journal and pen/pencil

• Foam mat, camping pad, yoga mat, or some sort of cushioning to be comfortable on the floor. 

• blanket to cover up with

• eye cover- this could be an eye mask, a small towel, washcloth, cloth napkin, etc

• Optional, if you have them- headphones, ideally noise canceling. Once in a while someone prefers to journey in silence, or to soften the beat of the drum with headphones.

• water bottle
