Meet in the grass between the shelter & playground, right off the bike path. IF IT’S RAINING- we will NOT gather, as the shelter is typically in use.
Bring your own cushion/ lawn chair / yoga block / rolled up towel or mat, or whatever you need to assure your comfort. The ground is a little uneven, so even if you’re typically comfortable sitting on the floor for meditation, you may prefer to elevate yourself a bit at the park.
STRUCTURE OF THE MORNING~
1) First 10ish mins will be spent settling in & hearing about the morning’s meditation
2) Next 20ish mins: meditation
3) Afterwards, feel free to hang out and and chat about the meditation, ask questions, or simply hang out
DETAILS
This will be a very relaxed gathering.
We’ll mix it up in terms of the types of meditations we offer. Mick’s specialty is guiding meditations through the Buddhist, Tibetan and Tonglen lens, while Jessica’s specialty is guiding shamanic meditations with the hoop drum.

ABOUT US
Mick Mac Ionnrachtaigh has explored various forms of meditation & breath work, and is a certified yoga teacher. Jessica a Shamanic Practitioner, and the heart of Be The Light Shamanic Healing. We are long time meditators & energy medicine students/practitioners, but by no means professional meditation teachers :)
That said, we can hold excellent space while keeping everyone safe and at ease!
GOT KIDS?
There is a small play structure and sand volleyball court right by where we meditate, so bring kids if they wish to entertain themselves!
