Super Soul Saturday
Earth Ceremony, Sound Bath & Seed Planting Ritual
Plant your intentions. Root into your power.
Super Soul Saturday is designed to help you slow down, drop in, and reconnect — with the Earth, with your intentions, and with a community of like-minded people. Through a sequence of grounded, nourishing practices, you'll leave feeling clearer, more rooted, and genuinely recharged. This is the kind of afternoon that reminds you who you are when you stop rushing.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Earth Ceremony
An Earth Ceremony is a spiritual ritual honoring the Earth as a living, sacred being. Rooted in Indigenous, shamanic, and earth-based traditions, it is a practice of expressing deep gratitude, inviting healing, and remembering our place within the web of life. Through the ceremony, we give thanks for the land, release what no longer serves, and reconnect with the living world around us.
Seed Planting Ritual
The Seed Planting Ritual is a symbolic ceremony in which you plant a seed in the soil while setting a clear intention for something you want to grow in your life — abundance, healing, creativity, a new beginning, or something only you know you've been longing for. Just as a seed requires patience, care, and trust in the process of growth, so too do our deepest intentions. This ritual teaches us to work with — rather than against — the natural rhythm of things.
Sound Bath
Lie back and let the sound do the work. A Sound Bath is a deeply restorative meditation experience in which participants are immersed in sustained tones and vibrations created by crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments. The frequencies wash over the body, quieting the nervous system and inviting the mind to settle into stillness. No experience with meditation is needed — just the willingness to receive.
Gratitude Circle
We close by coming together in a circle of appreciation. Cultivating genuine gratitude shifts us out of stress and scarcity and into presence. The Gratitude Circle strengthens the bonds of the community we've built together throughout the afternoon and sends us home with our hearts full.
