Full Moon Ritual: A Celebratory Gathering

  • Be The Light Shamanic Healing Madison, Wisconsin 53704 United States of America (map)

Join us as we celebrate the full expression of the moon. This event is a celebration of ourselves and each other. We celebrate previous intentions fully realized, as well as the progress made around other intentions, goals and spiritual/personal development.

What's the plan?
Around 6:10pm, we'll open sacred space. After that, socialize, feast, connect with the fire, and of course, dance! Feel free to pop in later or leave earlier if you need to.

Intentions with the fire
A fire will be blazing for those wanting to set intentions. We won't do a formal fire ceremony like we usually do, but please feel free to rattle, drum or chant with the fire.

Date: Saturday, Aug 21
Time: 6-9:30pm
Where: near East High School in Madison. Address to be provided once RSVP is confirmed
Bring: camping chair, BYOB, a dish to share for the potluck. If you want to throw something on the grill, bring it.
Cost: free, but bring firewood if you can for our fire & to leave for our host
Optional: Bring any fun or silly props or party toys you may have. Or heck, wear a costume if you like! Drums, rattles and other instruments are welcome.

RSVP: to jessica.riphenburg@gmail.com. This event will be hosted at a private residence, so those RSVPing must know either myself OR be a friend of an attendee of a previous fire ceremony or class. When RSVPing, please let me know who your friend is.

That said.. Most events are open to the public, so let me know if you would like to be put on the list for future events.

*To preserve the spiritual nature of this gathering, I kindly ask that you please forgo alcohol & recreational drugs the day of :)

My intention with these events.. is to nurture our growing little community of shamanically-minded people. To bring friends together. To create a space for new connections to be made.

While this is definitely NOT a networking event, feel free to business cards, flyers or upcoming event info on the welcome table.
