We hope you'll join us for this unique and unifying Fall Equinox Fire Ceremony, where Bryan Sirchio, Pastor of McFarland United Church of Christ and I will weave our spiritual views and practices into this uplifting and healing ceremony.

Several folks have expressed curiosity as to how a Christian pastor and a Shamanic Practitioner have come together to co-create spiritual offerings... Great question!
We wanted to shed a little light on this, hence the video above. Bryan also shared the general viewpoint of the United Church of Christ, as well as some important facts regarding how Christianity has historically interacted with Pagan/pre-Christian/shamanic cultures.

Rattle and/or drum if you have one. A bottle with pebbles, dried beans, etc works well too!

To respect the sacred container of this work, please refrain from alcohol & recreational drugs the day of the event. It’s ideal, but not necessary to also refrain from both for 24 hours prior, and 24 hours after as well.
