COME FOR ALL PARTS, OR JUST THE MEDITATION
1) 1st 10 mins will be spent greeting/settling in
2) Next 20ish mins of meditation
3) Last 15ish mins of a talk and/or visiting with fellow meditators
Bring your own cushion/ mat/ lawn chair, etc

This will be a very relaxed gathering.
Over the next few months, we mix it up between silent meditation as well as guided meditations that incorporate things like chanting visualizing, tapping into senses, etc. We’re open to suggestions!
Mick can demo options for those that wish to do a specific type of meditation and/or breath work element. If you know you’ll definitely want to do a guided meditation, let us know at least 4 days in advance so we can make some recommendations for pre-recorded meditations that you can listen to that will fit our group meditation time. In that case, bring a device that you've downloaded the Insight Timer app onto in advance, as well as earbuds or headphones.
ABOUT US
Mick Mac Ionnrachtaigh has explored various forms of meditation & breath work, and is a certified yoga teacher. Jessica a Shamanic Practitioner, and the heart of Be The Light Shamanic Healing. We are long time meditators & energy medicine students/practitioners, but by no means professional meditation teachers :)
That said, we can hold excellent space while keeping everyone safe and at ease!
